We offer every prospective client a free, no-obligation site audit. It’s the fastest way to find out whether robotic cleaning makes sense for your facility — and exactly how much you could save.
Here’s what the process looks like.
Step 1: Book your audit
Book online or call us. We’ll confirm a time that works for you — typically within a few business days for South East Queensland, and we’re expanding to Sydney and Melbourne soon.
All we need upfront is:
- Your facility address
- Approximate floor area (rough estimate is fine)
- Your preferred date and time
Step 2: The on-site visit
One of our robotics specialists will visit your facility. The audit typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on size. Here’s what we assess:
Floor mapping
We walk the entire cleanable area, noting floor types (tile, polished concrete, vinyl, carpet), transitions, and any areas that need special attention.
Obstacle assessment
Fixed obstacles (columns, shelving, furniture), movable obstacles (chairs, bins), and high-traffic zones. This determines which robot model suits your space and how routes should be programmed.
Infrastructure check
Power outlet locations for charging stations, water access for scrubber tanks, and storage space for the robot when not in use.
Current cleaning workflow
We’ll ask about your existing cleaning schedule, staff hours, pain points, and any compliance requirements. This is critical for building an accurate savings estimate.
Step 3: Your custom report
Within a few days of the visit, you’ll receive a detailed report including:
- Recommended robot model — matched to your floor types, area, and layout
- Proposed cleaning schedule — optimised routes and frequency
- Savings estimate — a side-by-side comparison of your current costs vs. RaaS
- Deployment timeline — how quickly we can have a robot operational in your facility
No obligation. No pressure. If the numbers don’t work, we’ll tell you.
What it costs
Nothing. The site audit is completely free. We invest in audits because we’re confident in the value our robots deliver — and we’d rather show you real numbers for your specific facility than make generic promises.
Common questions
Do I need to prepare anything? Not really. Just make sure we can access the areas you’d like assessed. It helps if someone familiar with the current cleaning operation is available to answer a few questions.
Can you audit outside of business hours? Yes — we’re happy to work around your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
What if my facility is outside Brisbane? We’re actively expanding. For Sydney and Melbourne, we can start with a virtual assessment using your floor plans and photos, then visit in person as we establish local teams.
Is there a minimum facility size? Robotic cleaning is most cost-effective for spaces above 500 m², but we’re happy to assess any facility. The audit will tell you whether it makes financial sense.
